Ronald W. Anderson

Mr. Anderson is the co-founder of AndersonLane, Inc. He brings with him nearly three decades of experience designing, permitting and managing Civil Engineering projects within the Tampa Bay market. Prior positions with past firms (both large and small) have included Project Manager, Associate, Principal, and Principal in Charge of a local office of a Engineering News Record Top 500 company.
Mr. Anderson has worked on virtually all types of civil engineering projects during his career. Of particular significance is his work for Eckerd College and the University of South Florida. Eckerd College has relied on Mr. Anderson to facilitate projects from Athletic Fields to their proposed $28 million Science Facility. Mr. Anderson has contributed to nearly a dozen significant projects on the USF Tampa and St. Petersburg campuses. As a result of these past efforts he has positioned AndersonLane to be the Civil Engineers for the new USF Polytechnic campus in Lakeland which is scheduled to begin construction in 2011.
Personally, Mr. Anderson was raised in Michigan before relocating to Clearwater in 1980. He and his wife of 21 years and their 3 children have made their home in the Countryside area of Clearwater.

Mr. Lane is also a co-founder of AndersonLane, Inc. Mr. Lane has been a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida since 2001 and has spent his entire career practicing in the Tampa Bay Area.
Mr. Lane has worked on a wide range of projects in his career. He has planned, designed, permitted and followed through with the construction of numerous residential, institutional and medical facility projects.
Of particular significance is his work on Public Universities and Private Colleges. His portfolio of work includes projects at New College, Eckerd College, St. Petersburg College (on multiple campuses), Pasco Hernando Community College North Campus and of greatest importance is his experience working for the University of South Florida on both the Tampa and new Polytechnic (Lakeland) campuses.
