Our firm has significant experience in supporting the Development of Master Plans for both New Facilities as well as expansions to Existing Facilities. We have worked extensively with Local, Regional and International Architects and Planners on projects throughout the Bay Area.
We have recently completed the Master Plan for the proposed USF Polytechnic Campus in Lakeland, Florida. The 168 acre site is currently undeveloped, and will be developed into the first Polytechnic University in Florida. This effort is a result of our collaboration with Santiago Calatrava’s New York and Zurich offices.
We have also supported the Master Plan development and a subsequent updates for Eckerd College, which is an established Institution, our efforts related to this 170 acre Campus are a result of our collaboration with Ayers Saint Gross Baltimore office.
As a firm we feel strongly about being Good Stewards supporting the Principals of the Master Plan during the Implementation Phases.
